CT Scan
CT scan or Computed tomography scan is an X-ray-based diagnostic imaging modality that produces 3-dimensional high-resolution cross-sectional images of bones, blood vessels, and soft tissues of the body. It is a useful modality in today's current medical practice and is used in various indications such as head injury, trauma, assessment of tumours, Vascular imaging (Angiography), detection of calculus (stones), etc. Different routine contrast and non-contrast studies are performed in this category, such as NCCT or CECT Head, chest, abdomen, pelvis, extremities, or organ-based studies. Several angiographies such as pulmonary angiography, angiography - head & neck, brain, carotid, aortogram, whole abdomen, upper or lower abdomen etc. are also performed. Triple phase studies such as Triple-Phase - whole abdomen, lower or upper abdomen are also undertaken with highly experienced staff and expertise.
